The General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of North Khorasan set up its service desk in the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosque in Bojnourd in order to honor the patron saint and respond directly to the demands of the people.

According to the Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of North Khorasan, this service desk was set up on Friday, August 25, simultaneously with Friday prayers, in the presence of specialized deputies of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the province.

The goal of implementing this program is to establish direct, face-to-face communication with cultural heritage activists, artisans, tourism investors, and other citizens, in order to examine challenges and follow up on requests, while also providing the necessary solutions to solve existing problems.

This action is in line with the government’s approach to being present among the people and increasing public access to executives of executive agencies so that administrative processes and service delivery can be completed more quickly and transparently.
