Job Description:

  • Cooperating with the central security in planning to establish appropriate systems for the protection and maintenance of the provincial organization’s equipment and facilities.
  • Establishing appropriate systems to protect and maintain personnel
  • Establishing coordination in providing the necessary conditions in the field of security affairs of the provincial organization
  • Conducting continuous reviews to ensure compliance with security principles in the provincial organization’s transactions and submitting necessary reports to superiors.
  • Efforts to identify violations in work methods for submission to relevant authorities
  • Taking care and taking necessary measures to deal with unexpected incidents in the provincial organization
  • Control and supervision of the presence of foreign nationals in the provincial organization based on announced criteria.
  • Anticipating and preventing anti-security movements such as gatherings, sit-ins, strikes, riots, and demonstrations within the provincial organization.
  • Establishing coordination in providing the necessary conditions for the protection of classified documents.
  • Checking the accuracy of classifying confidential documents according to their importance
  • Cooperating with the central organization’s security to establish appropriate systems for protecting and maintaining confidential documents.
  • Communicating the necessary instructions and monitoring their implementation in the protection of facilities.
  • Performing necessary maintenance on the mechanized systems of the provincial organization
  • Supervising the control of the movement of employees and clients in the places and facilities of the provincial organization
  • Maintaining continuous communication with relevant authorities and security officials
  • Preparing necessary reports for superiors
  • Carrying out other related referral matters
