1- Preparing and implementing the necessary plans to protect museums, buildings, sites, hills and historical complexes
2- Preventing unauthorized excavations – Preventing smuggling of cultural property – Preventing encroachment on the sanctuaries of historical monuments – Preventing encroachment on the lands of hills and religious and historical sites that are registered in historical monuments and do not have private ownership
3- Preventing damage to movable and immovable historical monuments
4- Preventing changes in the status – Operation contrary to approved regulations and restoration of permits for historical and cultural buildings and sites
5- Examining how to use popular news in the city and organizing and collecting information
6- Continuously inspecting the monuments and communicating with the city area
7- Fully understanding the location of the registered monuments in the city
8- Identifying the points where the most excavations take place
9- Identifying the damage under protection of each city
10- Determining priorities regarding policies for protecting museums, historical monuments, ancient hills and historical sites
11- Determining the necessary plans for protecting the museum Historical monuments, ancient hills and historical sites
12- Preparing and setting the necessary instructions (job descriptions) regarding the duties of security personnel
13- Cooperating with the legal office and other relevant units of the organization regarding the prevention of crimes against historical and cultural monuments
