Journalists and media activists are not just narrators of events; they are the keepers of social memory, creators of hope in society, and companions of development. In the field of cultural heritage, tourism, and handicrafts, the role of the media is also strategic and future-shaping; because introducing the valuable heritage of our ancestors, recognizing the unique potential of tourism, supporting handicraft artists, and attracting the attention of investors will not be adequately achieved without the presence of an informed, concerned, and professional media.
While honoring the memory of the esteemed martyr Mahmoud Saremi, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the arrival of Journalist’s Day to all the learned companions of the media, journalists, news photographers, responsible managers, and activists in the field of information, especially the hardworking and influential journalists who have always accompanied and assisted this Directorate General in reflecting the news, capacities, opportunities, and achievements of the cultural heritage, tourism, and handicrafts fields of North Khorasan.
