Holding a handicraft and local products market in Farouj County with the aim of supporting producers

The head of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Farouj County announced the holding of the “Purple Bazaar” with the approach of supporting local artists and producers in the county.

According to the Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of North Khorasan, Hamzeh Kavousi stated: “This bazaar, which was established at the Kian Restaurant in Farouj County, provided a suitable opportunity to introduce and directly offer the products of artists and artisans.”

Kavousi added: “A variety of products, including handicrafts, clothing, jewelry, household products, and health goods, were offered in this bazaar, which was an effort to strengthen the local economy and introduce the region’s production capacities.”

She concluded by noting: This event, which was held from July 21 to August 2, aimed to create a platform for direct communication between producers and consumers, and was accompanied by side programs such as raffles and special prizes for buyers.
