  • Reviewing requests, complaints and other correspondence received from various units of the organization<\/li>\n
  • Collecting, reviewing, and organizing information to provide opinions and advisory opinions in response to questions raised by units or officials of the organization regarding legal issues.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing the text of concluded contracts<\/li>\n
  • Attending meetings, hearing statements, handling claims, and rejecting or accepting them.<\/li>\n
  • Handling received complaints within the scope of relevant laws and regulations and announcing a response to the complainant or the referring organization.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing legal petitions against natural and legal persons and pursuing criminal cases in relevant authorities in coordination with the central organization<\/li>\n
  • Appearing in judicial authorities and responding to lawsuits filed by natural or legal persons against the provincial organization<\/li>\n
  • Preparing responses to complaints, requests and reminders<\/li>\n
  • Comment on the conditions of the organization’s real estate<\/li>\n
  • Carrying out renewal operations on transferred properties<\/li>\n
  • Preparing minutes of joint and separate assemblies<\/li>\n
  • Comment on user conversion<\/li>\n
  • Acquisition of required lands and transfer of assumed lands<\/li>\n
  • Determining the measurement of transferred lands (four-point delivery)<\/li>\n
  • Handling disputes and errors regarding transferred properties<\/li>\n
  • Expert opinion on real estate conditions<\/li>\n
  • Property numbering and coding<\/li>\n
  • Taking necessary measures regarding the insult of documents and the transfer of the mortgage bank and the lifting of its arrest<\/li>\n
  • Drafting correspondence with departments and other authorities<\/li>\n
